Pastor Mike Snelgrove has served at Cornerstone since its founding 28 years ago and has been a North Carolina Baptist pastor for more than 45 years. He is a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute and Gardner-Webb College, with additional graduate studies that included on-site research in Israel and Egypt. His strong conviction for expository preaching and teaching continues to shape his ministry and bless those he serves.
Pastor Mike and his precious wife, Loretta, of 43 years have two children and five grandchildren. When he’s not studying or serving, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting... and is most often seen with his loyal sidekick, “Roscoe.”

Pastor Deese serves as Executive Pastor and one of the Praise Team Leaders at Cornerstone, where he also oversees Assimilation and Fellowship as an elder. He represents Cornerstone as liaison to the Sandy Run Baptist Association, Hands of Hope Ministry, and Yokefellow.
After answering God’s call to full-time ministry in 2012, Pastor Deese attended Fruitland Baptist Bible College to prepare for a life of service and leadership. He has a deep love for worship and enjoys singing, playing guitar and writing songs that glorify Christ.
Mike and his wife Brenda ore blessed with three grown children and three beautiful granddaughters who bring them great joy.

Pastor Skidmore serves as elder over Building and Grounds, Vehicles, Church Work Days, Firewood Ministry, Hearts with Hands, SEAT, and Van Ministry. He also serves as interim Discipleship Facilitator. Terry holds an Associate Degree in Management and is a four-year veteran of the United States Air Force. He and his wife, Carol, have two grown children and three grandsons.

Pastor Devine is the elder over Stewardship, including Finance, Budget, Treasurer, Communication, Logistics, Scheduling, and Global Impact Team liaison. Bob was raised on a dairy farm in Iowa, met his wife, Jeanne, at Central College in Pella, Iowa, and they moved to her native Long Island in 1980. After Bob worked  as a Business Manager in the Defense Electronics industry for 34 years, and Jeanne worked as an Elementary Principal for 25 years, they retired to Bostic and joined Cornerstone Fellowship in 2014.

Pastor Dawkins is the elder over discipleship. He teaches a COED adult class on Sunday mornings and teaches our students on Wednesday evenings. He is also the team leader for our annual mission trip to ECHO in North Fort Myers, Florida. Mike and his wife Kay have 3 grown children and 2 grandsons.
