How do I Paricipate?

Every Friday at the Church:
To get started - just show up!

Fellowship 6:30 - 7 p.m.
Join us for a light snack, coffee and conversation.

Large Group from 7 - 8  p.m.
Join us for a time of worship, testimonies and teaching on the twelve steps and recovery principles.

Small Groups from 8 - 9 p.m.
At the conclusion of our Large Group Meeting, we will break up into gender specific small groups for more in-depth discussions. The gender specific open small groups will provide more in-depth sharing of similar struggles. Teachings from the Large Group Meeting will be used to initiate sharing.  These meetings meet in various rooms in our Building. Participants are encouraged to comment, or just listen. You are welcome to come and not say anything. We use only the Celebrate Recovery material. No outside material is allowed to be used or shared with the group.

Newcomers' Meeting
If you are new to recovery or a visitor, after the Large Group session we invite you to attend this meeting. You will be directed to the New Comers class. You will receive a brief introduction to CR through a discussion of our meeting format and some personal testimonies. There is no obligation to share. Just join us and find out about CR, ask questions and determine if it is a good fit for you.

What is Celebrate Recovery ?

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered and Bible-based 12 Step Recovery Program. The purpose is to focus on God’s healing power through fellowship with others. By working the    12 Steps and the 8 Beatitude Principles, Small groups open up, share experiences, and explore hope. In this way, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our problems.

Who needs Celebrate Recovery ?
Anyone can participate in Celebrate Recovery:
  · Anyone ready to start a new life                    · The churched and the un-churched
  · Men and women                                          ·
The addicted and their families
  · The guilty, sad, or compulsive                       · Anyone in need of recovery

How Celebrate Recovery works?
This tried and proven recovery system uses the traditional methods of Small groups, sponsors, accountability partners, and special occasions to build recovery for those struggling with addictive habits, codependency, childhood hurts, and other life experiences that affect our peace. In Celebrate Recovery groups, the walking wounded study, pray, share, and take the steps necessary to experience a better life.

 Who leads Celebrate Recovery ?
Celebrate Recovery is conducted by Christians who have been through 12-step recovery themselves. They understand.
Many have been dealt tragic blows in their lives. Others behavior and our choices cause painful and lingering consequences, leading to guilt, remorse, grief, and shame. These individuals can truly understand and lead others.

Secrets to a Successful Recovery ?
Perhaps you are wondering why Celebrate Recovery is so successful in hundreds of churches across the land. There are three reasons why this approach is special:
  · Jesus Christ is the “Higher Power”.
  · Issue Groups are led by real people who
have been through recovery with Him.
  · The Principles and methods applied are
     built upon Biblical truths.
