Discipleship Classes Offered at Cornerstone
Discipleship is a very important part of what God is doing at Cornerstone Fellowship. God wants each of us to grow spiritually and become more Christ like. We strive to offer classes that will stretch us and help us to grow. The great commission - Matthew 28:19-20 says, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the ages." We'd love to have you join us as we grow closer to the Lord together!

Crazy Love (12 Weeks) Pastor Carey
Worship Center (Ages 12 – Adult)
Are you hungry for an authentic faith that addresses the problems of our world with tangible, even radical, solutions? God is calling you to a passionate love relationship with Himself. Growing through the 9 fruit of the Spirit
Room 105 (Age 16-Adult Women)
Learn how to walk through life with God's love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). No situation is too difficult to handle when you walk closely to the Lord and learn His ways of handling life. Each chapter describes one of these spiritual qualities and includes a practical section on how to nurture that quality.

The P L A C E acronym forms a five step process that guides participants in developing an individualized PLACE profile. Here we each learn how God has gifted us and plans to use our unique design, experiences, abilities and personality to bring Himself honor and glory. You will never take a more important class at Cornerstone.

The New Testament (12 Weeks) Pastor Mike
Youth Room (Ages 12 – Adult)
Ready for some serious study! Pastor Mike is about to do another one of those hang on for dear life/learn-a-ton studies of the New Testament. Students will be tested in order to provide accountability for assignments and to help them retain the vast amount of material covered. Each student must bring a Bible, a notebook and a folder for handouts. The foci will be the setting for the coming of Jesus, the graduation from Judaism to Christianity, and the foundation and purpose for the ―Real‖ New Testament Church. We will introduce the Greek Alphabet as well as some significant words that can only be fully understood if examined in the original language. Certainly, this will be a challenging venture but anyone who is willing to apply his or her self will benefit.

Passing the Baton (12 Weeks) Pastor Wolf

The race of life is a relay and we only win if we successfully pass the baton of Godly faithfulness to the next generation. The Passing the Baton Training Course prepares you for this awesome calling by showing you how to disciple, mentor and coach the next generation. We are blessed to have Pastor Wolf, a licensed life coach and facilitator for PTB to teach these invaluable 12 sessions. This is yet another step in helping the ―Real Church‖ understand its calling to make disciples.

Basic Bible 101 (12 Weeks) Carolyn Killian
Room 105 (Ages 16- Adult)
Have you always wanted to learn about the Bible but always found it too difficult to understand? This is an opportunity to sit in a very safe environment and learn about the Word of God at the most basic level. Even if you have difficulty reading Mrs. Killian will carefully guide you as you discover perhaps for the first time just how wonderful the Bible can be. Maybe, you would like have learning, or reading difficulties. We are truly blessed this quarter to have such a wonderful teacher who has a passionate heart to guide others as they begin their journey as a student of the Word of God.

Each week children will spend time learning Bible verses, the books of the Bible, key passages, titles and references, This year our childeren will learn 25 verses and 10 key passages.
Children's Bible class (4yrs - 2nd Grade) Kassie Wilson

Younger children will have the privilege of learning about Jesus instead of simply have someone watch them for an hour. Ms. Kassie is one of our most experienced and gifted teachers and will play an important role in their spiritual maturation at Cornerstone for years to come.

Yes we believe that our nursery is very much a part of Discipleship. This should be the begining of his/her learning about our wonderful heavenly father.
